What we collect
The details entered in the registration and submission forms: team name, each member's name, class and school, the team leader's name and email, and the submitted presentation.
Why
Only to run the competition: to confirm eligibility, judge entries, issue certificates, contact winners and pay prizes.
Who sees it
The organisers and judges. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Students under 18
A parent, guardian or teacher should be aware of and agree to the student's participation. Prize money for winners under 18 is paid to a parent or guardian account.
Publishing results
Winners' names, schools and projects may be published on the results page. We will ask for consent before publishing any photo.
How long we keep it
Until certificates and prizes have been issued for this edition, after which it is deleted.
