Team size updated: 1 to 4 students

Following numerous requests from students, the minimum team size has been reduced from two to one. Entries may now be submitted by an individual or by a team of up to four.

All other rules, deadlines and judging criteria are unchanged. Teams that have already registered do not need to take any action.
